Sydney Centre is a compact place with numerous suburbs which range from exclusive (Double Bay and Vaclouse) to seedy and grotty (Kings Cross).

Within 7 miles of the centre are beaches including Manly and Bondi and to the west are mountain ranges including 'snowy mountain' which apparently gets covered in snow.  And the 'Blue Mountains' which are supposedly Blue.

Most areas are named after UK places with a few exceptions such as the place I can never spell correctly: Woolloomalloo.
